We are Wilmette's most convenient cleaners. We're located in the downtown Wilmette shopping district right across from the Wilmette Village Hall. You can park right in front of our store for free.  Dry Cleaning Protects Your Clothing Dry Cleaning Protects Your Clothing
If you need to have your clothes cleaned quickly, tell us when you bring in your order. On most days, we can provide "same day" service or have them ready for you to pick up the next morning. We will tell you when your clothes will be ready when you drop them off.

When you bring your clothes in for cleaning, please tell us about anything that needs special attention. We can repair or replace broken zippers, re-attach loose buttons, make alterations, and remove spots and stains.

If you get a spot on your clothing, it's important to deal with it quickly. The longer a stain is allowed to remain in the fabric, the harder it is to remove it. The chances for successful removal decline significantly after just one week, so bring stained items to us as soon as possible. 

Executive Shirt Laundering

We offer two levels of service to our customers:
  • Standard Service: Shirts are expertly cleaned and machine pressed, returned to you on hangers or in a box.  
  • Custom Service: At a small additional cost, you may choose to have your finest shirts hand-processed and returned on hangers.
As with dry cleaned clothing, please tell us about anything that needs special attention such as loose or missing buttons, collar stays, etc. Stains should be removed as soon as possible for best results. Tell us what caused the stain if you know. You may be tempted to try to remove stains yourself, but it is better to bring stained clothing to us promptly because you could inadvertently set the stain and make it impossible to get out.

Suit and Formal Wear Cleaning and Pressing

Have your suit or formal wear professionally cleaned and pressed. We can remove spots and stains and repair torn or damaged areas, loose or missing buttons, broken zippers, etc. Please let us know about anything that needs special attention when you bring your clothing item in.

Custom Clothing Alterations and Tailoring

Cathy, our highly skilled seamstress, is available for fittings Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. She is also available for fittings at other times by appointment.

Wedding and Christening Gown Cleaning, Preservation, and Heirlooming

We offer expert cleaning of wedding and christening gowns. They can also be heirloomed and preserved for future generations. Please refer to our Bridal Services page for additional information on these services. 

Drapery Take-down, Cleaning, and Re-hang Service

Dennis will come to your home and give you a free estimate on cleaning your draperies, valences, and curtains. He will take them down, clean and rehang them. Hand steaming is done in your home to give the pleats a custom finish after reinstallation.

Hand-Craft Blocking Service for Knits

For your special knits, we offer hand-craft blocking service. Your garment will be measured before and after cleaning to maintain a proper fit.

Clothing and Fur Storage

We will clean and store your off-season clothes in a temperature and humidity controlled environment at no additional cost.

Coats and Jackets

Coats and jackets take a beating in the wintertime. Have them cleaned regularly to keep them in good condition. We can also replace or repair broken or stuck zippers, loose or missing buttons, and torn pockets. Let us know about these when you bring them in for cleaning.

Needle Point Blocking

Your hand stitched artwork is cleaned by hand and blocked.

Fire Restoration

We neutralize smoke damaged clothing using our advanced ozone technology. Ask us about this process!

Pillow Cleaning

Feather pillows are cleaned and deodorized in our sanitizing machine. Your feathers will be returned to you in a new ticking.

Suede and Leather cleaning

Let us professionally clean your suede and leather goods. We send them to be done by the experts in this field. Ask us about this service.

Sweaters and Knits

Your sweaters and knitted clothing will look their best and retain their fit when professionally cleaned. We can also repair loose buttons or replace missing ones.
